Dead rock and sand

Hi bro n sis,

Anyone can give advice on how should I recycle my tank if the rocks are dead (nothing grow as I have not touch them for 3 years and left them in the tank with the salt water), as for the sand, I have washed it using tap water.

I understand that I may need to dose bacteria to recycle my tank, any good advice on what to purchase n where (if include price will be good)?

When I started I bought my bacteria from Clementi Ave 2 Shop. Can ask the aunty she will recommend

please inform that it is for marine tank, because freshwater and marine have different kind of bacteria.
