situs-sk2
Sorry for noob question, is the panther grouper known as "老鼠斑" Is it easy to keep them alive?
Kelvin81
Situs, correct. Yeah. Easy to kept.. but beware as its belong to grouper family.. so if you have small fishes or small shrimp it might eat them up once the grouper grow big enough. bane
super greedy fish. eats not stop. even on a full stomach considers smaller tankmates food - and with that extensible mouth that means a lot of tankmates fit.
situs-sk2
Sound good to own a piece, any agression within the same species
BamBoo
heard from my reef buddy that these fish grow fast and big.
SRC Member Patrick Posted January 1, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted January 1, 2014 Ferocious predator and swims with heads down like hunting. Cute when small but not so cute when it grows and start using small fishes and shrimps as food...
