Coral Feeding

Need advice on whether to feed corals when lights are on or off?

What type of food are you feeding?....and what type of corals are you feeding?

I'm feeding Kent Marine Zooplankton and Phytoplankton to some software corals and LPS like elegance, hammer and etc.

Never tried Kent product to feed before so can't comment on it

Certain lps can be feed on more solid food like mysis or shrimp meat.....elegance for example.

In my case...I hardly feed my lps....simply provide it with good quality water and lights.

So how about feeding SPS?

To feed when the lights are on or off?

I feed live rotifers and phytoplankton to my sps tank everytime I harvest. I don't think it matters if the lights are on or off.

I have never really feed the sps before I started my plankton cukture.

i feed my lps wif the lights off, as most of them only stretch out their tentacles in the dark....... from what i read......
