You can only work with more water, which can be easily rectified by raising the height of the skimmer, but not less water. Unless you want to add an additional pump to maintain the water level, which kind of defeat the purpose for a non feeder pump skimmer. Thks for the reply.The problem is i alrdy got my new sump tank which only 8inch of water level.Tonite i will test it after i swap my old sump tank. SRC Member tansh Posted June 1, 2013 Author SRC Member Share Posted June 1, 2013 After replace my new sump tank,manage to get water level at around 9 inch when return pump running.Skimmer run with no problem but hv to tune the open valve at level 2.5.
