DerrickLim
Hi guys, I intend to get a maxima as 1st attempt on clam. I have managed to keep lps and sps for months and water parameters are relatively stable. Can I soak it using Revive? How about freshwater dip? Thanks. CFOh
Clam is too sensitive. Can't take FW dip. SRC Member Ahhyi Posted September 7, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted September 7, 2014 I actually dip them in freshwater before I place them into my tank. But that was before all the super ex clams from recent shipment. Freshwater dips are done to cure pinch mantle disease too.

SRC Member Ahhyi Posted September 9, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted September 9, 2014 I once soak my maxima which was affected with pinched mantle for 20mins. Normally about less then a minute.
