Hi diy experts, I have a diy noon light using all 20k kelvin that has been working for two years without problems but suddenly the other day the LEDs are dimmer done normal. I have changed the driver but still the same. Anyone have any ideas before I tear it down? The LEDs are in series and using mean well non dimmable driver.

Seem like your LED is going to burn off soon.

Btw, what brand of LEDs are you using? Some China made LEDs are of low quality or over rating which can't compete with good LED manufacturer like CREE, Philips, SSC...! Beside quality LED, good power supply do help in prolong the LEDs life span too.

thanks for all the valuable input.. after troubleshooting the LEDs one by one, looks like one LED failed and switched to high resitance hence the other LEDs are not getting enough current for full brightness.

please see below for other failure mode for LEDs.
