Water change

Hi anyone experience, after adding salt to the rodi water. Using pump to stir. After 1 hr water turn clear. But after i left the water till next day. Alot of white powdery stuff appear and the whole water become cloudy. Is there anything wrong? Btw i using h2ocean salt

"The Brown Residue/white particles that you see are from precipitation, and if the bucket is not cleaned a few times a year, can actually create a "sheet/layer" on the bottom of your mixing bucket.

RC is known for high values of Cal, Mag and Alk, which can precipitate out during mixing, when areas of the salt "clump" (for lack of a better word) during the mixing process. I myself get this also when I don't have enough surface agitation in my brute can.

It has been suggested by some aquarists that some salt mixes may contain anti-caking agents, such as clays."
