'pimple' under clownfish lip

Hi have a clownfish that tend to spot a pimple under the lips.

Other than that, it seems normal and feeding well. Also it does not seem to spread to other fishes?

Is this due to parasite or some form of disease?

I have a pair. Have been together for a while.

They hardly fight.

This is the bigger fish.

The 'pimple' will subside but the appear again after some week. It does not seem to spread to other areas or fishes.

But anyway dont worry. Not a big issue. Mine recover after 2 weeks. It can also be his lips got sting by coral or because of him attacking bristle

The red bump is completely gone. thks

I had similar issue when i first aquired my queen and it comes and go.  Later then i observed to be my water quality . The key takeaway is to identify or least correlate the root causes and don't start treating with cocktail of medication
