will temperature around 22 to 24 degree C causes stress to fish and causes ick?? at nite when i ON my aircon the water temp can go down from 27 to 22 degree C.... will this causes stress and ick to the fish???

No. Low water temperature (22-23 degree C) does not stress fishes nor neither will it cause an ich outbreak. The key is to have stable temperature be it in the low or high 20s.

Fluctuating temps will stress fishes, lower down their resistence against infections, which may result to protozoan infections.
