Hmm..you might as well remove the phosphates now. Rather than wait for them to build up then try to remove them. It'll be an easier fight if you tackle the problem now.

Just for the feedback,

1)bought some biophos to rid the 0.1ppm phosphate and already showing sign of hair algae disappearing.

2)Swop my 2500l/hr Eheim 1260 with a 5500l/hr Dailea 6550 and shift the brown acro to 14" under the 10k 250W MH, adjust the PH to blow against each other, and now the brown acro colony is begining to show purple on the tips already. The increase in flow rate also helps to make the water a lot clearer.

Will post a pic when the acro turns full purple.
