Help! My Jewel not opening

Help! Can someone tell me why could be the possible reason? It has been extending its tentacles very longly for the last 3 months and suddenly it has stopped extending it. The water parameters are ok. Could it be due to insufficient calcium??

Have you done any water change recently? If you didn't, try to do a 10 to 20% water change might help.

cause Temp too hot liao.Hard coral cannot tahan hot tamp water.

ur temp shall be around 27-30 so they do live long.it shall be dead. as my too also die liao

Jewel=goniopora ?

If yes,The Goniopora does not like skimmer in your tank and more like there is algae turf scrabbers in your system. And He hate to be moved one place to other place.

If they have too strong a light they wont stretch or open as big, keep them a distance from the light and observe for a few days.

Thanks all. My water temp is ok ... always maintain at 24 to 27 degree ... will try to place not too close to my metal halide then .... will also try to do 10% water change and see how.
