weipro skimmer problem

eh recently i juz found out dat the collection cup dosnt really collect the skimate

its all stuck near the "funnel" of the skimmer

usin a weipro 4000 pump and weipro 2012

can ne 1 highlight some pointers ?

Hmm... there is a knob to adjust the water flow (or izzit pressure?) to the skimmer... can try turning it slowly to increase the water flow. When turning it, can see the water and bubbling rising up/down in your skimmer.

First, your water level is too low. Try to tune it to reach around the o-ring level.

Second, skimmer attached on the wall will reduce the efficient of the skimmer. Time to clean it! Don't be lazy

Yup I had the same problem. I think need to adjust the water level to the o-ring instead of the marking on the sticker.
