Maverick77 Posted August 10, 2022 Share Posted August 10, 2022 Hi fellow reefers, may I know what is this algae that seems to leech onto my chaeto and stopped it from growing. The whitish part seems to feel like those plastic bag which we used for packing food (slimy with plasticky feeling). Photo period in sump purely for the chaeto is about 12 to 14 hrs. Any clean up crew/ fish to eat them? I have some turbo snails which bred in the sump but they don't seem to consume them. Any advice is appreciated.
