i hav a relative who will be living in malaysia for quite some time... as he will be mobile on his job, he does not plan to hav any fixed line.... so local pple will be calling his mobile...

my question is, shld we buy calling cards or shld we use IDD (singtel, M1, starhub)?

which calling card is the best n value for money? phoenix gd? so if we use calling card n call on our fixed line, our cost is onli subjected to the card credits rite? then if the other end at malaysia is the receiver, he do not hav to incur long distance charge issit? onli his mobile charges? or he hav to incur both? (tink he use those pre-paid SIM card from malaysia)

anyone who got experiences pls advice... want the lowest cost incurred on both sides... thanx! :)
