LS died

i need help on my tank, LR,LS no corals. recently i was shifting the LR with the LS still in the tank. all the LS died one after the other. I get those webby stuff all over the LR, tank walls etc, i didnt check water parameter for NO3 or pH, only SG is OK. do u know what causes the death? friend told me becos when i move the LR, it will creates NO3 n that kill all the LS, true?

whenever i rescape my 2ft tank I usually pour some seachem Stability into the tank before and after.
