...which has caused water splashing into my overflow-box and resulting in some water spray. :(

The back wall of the overflow-box should have been made slightly higher. Wil have to remedy this to prevent salt spray onto my equipment. <_<

Any suggestions anyone?

The Fr and Cr is quite simple to hook up, only trouble is the pipings running all over the place.

You can also get the switch box at aquatechnic. It comes with 2 timers and 6 switches. Alternatively, they can custom make one specifically for ur tank.

I think you are one of the first few reefers to try out sequence pumps. Is it powerful? Most of our british counterparts all use sequence as their first choice.

The pumps are powerful enough...at least for my tank coz I'm using 2. Take note that they're not pressure-rated though since they're only for return and chiller. Reefdepot should be bringing in the pressure-rated versions if I'm not wrong.

No complaints so far. Noise from 2 pumps still very minimal compared to 1 md55.

So when are you gonna start running your new tank? Can pm me the price of your tank and equipment?

Cheers!

:D Hi Daimy,

Your threads are always so interesting to read. So when you ran 2 pumps, was there any sand storm, or was the current just nice?

Some more pics bros. :yeah:

No sand storm so far...Returns aims at upper half of the tank. lower half by the tunzes. Now those are the guys creating the sandstorm...re-scaped one part of my sandbed.

Don't have a pic of that right now but will post one when I drop by my flat again sometime soon. ;)

The flow seems ok to me...will need expert opinion when the gurus drop by. How? Invitation open. :P

I understand what you mean.

For my 3x2x2.5ft tank, i needed so much help from fellow reefers to fix tings up and get the tank started.

As for my new 4 footer, i am grateful i met really wonderful pple on the forum. Again, without the help and advice, sure have to scratch head fixing up the tank, especially the piping which broke. lol.

...Didn't realise that the Co2 cylinder was actually filled when I picked it up from Edmund. Opened the valve and got a blast of cold Co2. Luckily my face wasn't close to the outlet. :paiseh::)

Next new toy...May the force be with you.
