Serangoon MRT area

Hi,

Wish to buy a flat around this area. Any good or bad comment? Just few minutes walk to this mrt. I know 1 thing good is near Bio-Ocean

Serangoon center is in the Masterplan 2003 to be redeveloped into a hub.

Yeap there will be a huge megamall in the next 5-10 years.. not to mention it's an interchange for the circle line.. confirm property prices go up... serangoon central itself u can get most things quite conveniently (less reef stuff)...

that's why so many condos sprung up around the area...

I also stay and work 5-10mins walk from serangoon MRT...

And if you are getting the old HDBs there, they are pretty spatious (blocks not as packed together) as compared to newer estates...

Any worth buying condo around this area? I mean less than 10 mins walk from MRT.
