can someone help

i have a weipro SA 2011 skimmer

using it for my 2 ft new setup tank for 2 weeks and get nothin in the cup not even water in it. I try to turn the value to let the bubble get higher but it the end water fill up the cup, try many time also the same.Can someone give advise?

I am newbies n know nothing abt marine.

If it's totally new, it will need some days to break-in. If it's second hand, try using a 1500l/hr and above pump to drive it, tune the water level somewhere near to the neck, and not the recommended line. Hope this helps.

the bubble level shld be somewhere at the gap between the cup and the columm.
