I had ordered some clams and coral from Pacific Marine Aquaria(Singapore). I paid fully payment at 9/9/05 and arrange the shippment date at 19/9/05. But at that day, he send e-mail to me no air freight space for shippment and then no any action or e-mail to me until now. I sent 3 times mail but no any reply!

Anyone can know this farm background or how to complain to your government, Please tell me, thanks. :angry:
