Which eel is more active?

Is a zebra moray in general much less active than most other commonly kept morays e.g gymnothorax tiles?

My Zebra eel is always hiding, my snowflake moray is hiding but at least I see 1/4 of him (his head)... I see my blue ribbon eel most of the time...

hmm to my pass experience,my snowflake was quite an active eel as i could see it most of the time swimming out of the rocks to search for food!!
