How to transfer fish after Hyposalinity?

How do I transfer fish when I have done hyposalinity in a QT tank? Do I just transfer the fish directly? Will it stress the fish even more? Please kindly advise.

You will have to slowly raise the SG back to normal levels.

After that follow the normal procedure of mixing in the main tank's water.

After I raise the SG back to normal, what's the normal procedure of mixing in the main tank's water as I have not found it before and this is my first time doing it.

First put in the fish in a big container, then slowly drip in water from your main tank. As the container fills up discard some water and continue to drip.

Repeat for 2-3 times should be sufficient and after that you can pour the fish into the main tank.
