i scoop out my tank water and use that. But at times, i'll use top up water too. No difference i think. Maybe tap water will dissolve the powder easier?

so any water also can lah? the label said use only soft water but what is soft water??

Hrmz, that i have no idea. Can any experienced reefer help? Is it referring to the Carbonate Hardness of the water? i.e lower KH = better solubility?
