Hi at sim lim tower you can get either those range of voltage kind (ie, can switch btwn 3,6,9,12V) or get single voltage kind. important thing is to get an adaptor with at least 200mA MORE than what you really need to power your fans (more excess lagi better). And more expensive adaptors have regulated output supply.
