bro... normally for tank esp 3 ft is very low in resale value.. cos still have to pay for the transport... if you really want to clear fast... i have a friend looking to start a marine tank.. as i pyscho him.. haha... but can't offer much seriously.. you may want to consider.... unless you package your equipment in too..
