Worm in my torch coral

Hi,

I have a tiny white feather like worm which comes out of the crevice and 'graps' and withdraw into the crevice...

Wondering if this is reef safe or do I need to flush it out with fresh water?

Hope it isnt harmful to the torch coral.

shd be barnacles ... i had abt 4 of them on my recent piece of hammer purchased frm iwarna ... great to watch them grabbing in the current ... harmless to fishes n inverts ...

Thanks...I got it from iwana as well..its really fascinating to watch, luckily I didnt flush it out immediately.. :lol:
