Looking for Salifert PH Test Color Chart

I have misplaced my Salifert PH test kit color chart during my house moving. Does anyone has a spare color chat? Or if possible, scan it for me?

Scanning and printing the color chart won't be accurate because there'll be colour shifts. Hopefully you can get the color chart from someone who doesn't need it anymore.
