As part of our Event Catering module, we will be hosting a dinner event in April. This event will allow us to showcase and apply what we have learnt in the module. Appertiser should be Appetiser 2. grissini is already a breadstick 3. hebed should be herbed?? 4. jus should be juice, i know jus is juice in french.... 5. potatoe should be potato? and i know potatoe is archiac for potato 6. baramunde should be barramundi? in fact should use barramunda. 7. Angel-hair pasta should be Angel Hair Pasta 8. petit fours should be petits fours 9. Rosemary Infused Oil should be Rosemary-Infused Oil 10.
