changing water

hi to all bro,

can tell me as i wonder what water to use to replace when changing the marine water? use pipe water? how long do u advise to change water? two weeks or a month??? :unsure:

some LFS also sell seawater but quite a hassle to carry home in jerry cans.

Be teachable always, nobody has a monopoly on wisdom. But learn to distinguish "fact" from "opinion".

Using tapwater and not DI water itself will not kill yr corals...yr corals are dead likely due to other water parameter factors. It is just that DI water is preferred over tapwater esp for reeftank.
