not a must. and not a must to have a seahorse too.

it really depends what you want. If me, I will want to have the biggest skimmer in the market for free. If they can provide me free seahorses, even better

BTW I will ask them to pay me salary too, LOL

in my opinion, it's a must have equipment.... u just have to think of way to reduce the micro bubbles going back into tank...
