Yes just to make a trip for the fish, his philosophy is that whether he keeps a common fish or an expensive fish it's still costs the same in terms of food, might as well keep an expensive and rare one since he can afford it! Logical?

Logical!! The main key - he is willing to spend...I know many people can afford it but unwilling to spend that monies.. ..
