What is the fault of your Tubby Auto top up?

The cct board should be quite easy to diagnose and find out what component faulty. Describe to me and see if I could help. PM also can.

The fuse keeps blowing. Have not opened it up yet and without the cct diagram, I don't think I can make a proper diagnosis. Besides, I not electrical trained!
