Gouldian
why? This is because normal float glass contains many additives to strengthen it and one such additive is iron oxide. Although iron oxide is almost clear on thin glass, green tint can be viewed on thicker glass. This green tint is one of the reasons for the duller color of your clam. If color is important, you can build your tank with glass with low iron content. But some experts claimed that low iron glass is more rigid and tends to chip compared to normal float glass. http://www.reefs.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=56322 http://www.guardian.com/en/na/gp_001018.html HTH Quote "Reefs, like forests, will only be protected in long term if they are appreciated" Dr. J.E.N.
