Looks like a zebra blenny - Omobranchus zebra. Brackish water species but can survive in salt water. Note that this blenny is quite aggressive. It's an omnivore so you'll need to provide both plant and animal food source.

If you plan to have other gobies in your tank like what we recommended in your newbie thread, think twice about keeping this aggressive specimen.
