Coris aygula or Twin Spot Coris Wrasse is white with orange and black markings. As an adult it has different but still spectacular transformation that is well appreciated in any fish only system. This specimen is very hardy and is not usually aggressive toward other fishes though it is reported they may sometimes harass fish that are very much smaller. Provide fine substrate of 3-4 inches for them to burrow in as this is where they sleep. Not reef safe as it is likely to harass snals, and other invertebrates. Needs to have fine substrate in which to burrow.
Maximum Size: the Coris aygula grows up to 24 inches.
Minimum Tank Size: The Twin Spot Coris Wrasse (Juv) prefers a tank of at least 150 gallons with plenty of places to hid
Diet: The Coris aygula is a carnivore and likes to eat variety of meaty treats.
