Yeah, those are blue rings.. Their poison are only in the beak and if they bite you.. Else they are safe, so dun handle them..

LOL... It is actually not that deadly if you know what to do such as artificial respiratory when biten as the venom work by paralysis and get to the hospital asap with medical ventilator...
