  1. How much does the 1/4 cost. For how big??
  2. Just came back from a lfs, saw a black clown with yellow face and yellow tail (not sure what clown is that), too nice for me to give a miss. But when I brought the fish back, it does not swim or go near to the carpet anemone I have, instead it is always on the sand on the bottom of the tank. Is it normal to have such behaviour? Not normal. I got two and immediately they became king of the tank within a day.

  4. If kanak stung, just take the slipper and slap your wound until ok. That's what my grandmother did to me when i step on a rusty nail when young. It works! All the best.

  7. Hey Friends Anyone knows what coral beaty likes to eat. I bought one for about a week. Never saw him eat. Tried feeding flakes and live brine shimp. Doesnt work. Went back to the shop. They said they feed them with flake.
  8. Do not touch it with your hand if it is bristkle worm. Get rid of it. It will kill your fish.
  9. Something I heard about hard vs soft corals. Hard corals can never be kept with butterfly fish bcos the bfish will eat them. However the soft corals are ok, but not mushrooms. Any opinion any one?
  10. White spot is always due to stress. Stress is caused by a few factors: 1. High nitrate/nitrite -- Fish cannot breathe properly when these levels are high. Remedy: Add nitrate/nitrite removal. May take a few days. Make sure you have ceremic rings in the filter to cultivate good bacterial that breakes down nitrate. Purchase some bacterial product and add it into the filter according to instruction. 2. Temperature drop too quickly and drastically. Remedy: Switch on the lights for a longer time. How long? -- depends on your tank and lights. Distance between them, air ciculation in your house, windy etc... Need your personal experience. At 29 degrees, white spot should disappear. In my opinion, medication hardly works because it will not solve the root of the problem. For quick remedy, prchasue reef water and change 50% of the water in a few intervals. Repeat this until the nitrate level drop. When recover, must take care of flter, circulation and feeding. Nitrate always shoot up in a small tank. Hope my experience helps.
  11. Dear Friends, One of my Doctor Shrimps is full of eggs. Light green in colour. Can anyone tell me how I should take care of the delivery? Many
