Dear Spyglass, I was in the same situation as you and i got a reef octopus Hangon as a replacement. I then upgraded to a 4ft tank with sump, the hangon doesnt fit on the main tank due to the bracing and it doesnt fit in the sump. Now, i am looking for a in-sump skimmer ;p

Well, you can always fix the leak first.

Most likely there is a current leakage, check your earth connection on the plug of the cannister, else better get a replacement.

Is the back of the wall the common toilet? You can load a sump there manz...
