Mine worked fine... so long as you have no air bubbles trapped and that you have primed it properly.. I dont see any reasons why it should fail... Unless there is a defect in the pump then i rest me case....

Yes you can... Just open up the suction and where the inlet to the pump is, connect the connector provided to the pump and then your hose to it.. Same goes for the discharge... Then ensure that all your piping has water as you do not want the pump to run dry... Then.. start it up.. It should work fine...

it just depends on the brand of the chiller and its components... the artica one, at 1/3hp can support a 4-5ft tank... this is accordingly to the web site la....

Just leave your chiller switched on permantly.... so long as your set point are in place, the chiller will then kick in and out accordingly... normally in the night it would not be running as much as in the day when the MH are switch on.... power wise... it is negilible when it is in the standby mode... hope this helps ya..
