that is no lowest imho, of course, if u use it to chill a less than feet tank, I would only comment that its an overkill multifolds , its a matter of how frequent the chiller kicks in for a 2 ft tank due to heat gained from the surrounding and how the chiller senses the temperature, some ppl uses internal sensor, other uses external. my experience with resun 280 is that it kicks in 10 mins and rest for abt 30 minutes interval to maintain a temperature of 26 degree celsius and my tank is 2 feet. Average that and you will get 6 hours of running time per day. I can't say what would be the result for a resun 450, it varies according to conditions. HTH
