Hi I am decommissing the following: (1) 24g JBJ nano cube + cure rocks $80 (2) JBJ tank stand for the above $50 (3) Resun Chiller CL280 with external thermometer $100 (4) Koralia 1 wave maker + Baoyu Protein skimmer $30 (5) maron clown fish, yellow wrasse, neon damsel + leather. frogspawn, star coral . My anemone that host a maroon clownfish is dying n I have no choice but to throw it away before it becomes poisonous. Now my clownfish is furious. It refused to eat,behaves eratically n even uproot a small toadstool that I placed near the place where the anemone reside. Anyone know where can I find a small fake anemone that is realistically enough to appease him?

Hi Bro Cedricang, My filefish passed away 2 days ago as I expected.The only cheap acropora coral that i have is not enough to feed it and it refused to take any other food i i gave. LFS said it is an ok fish to keep. Next time cannot believe them. Have to read up first. Thanks for the reservation. Pls pm me the location to collect.

Can I hve a blue digitata ?

Hi can I check if the pink birdnest and blue digitata are of the acropora species. I have a longnose filefish which feed on acropora corals n want to ensure these r not food for him

Hi, anyone knows where to get blue reef chromis? Green and green blue chromis can be found in LFS but i have yet to see blue reef chromis (those that are dark blue in color). Would appreciate if anyone knows where to get it to let me know. Thanks

Cool, will take that in mind when getting the 6 line. Just afraid that sometimes i may like other small peaceful fishes and add in after 6 line.

Read somewhere down this forum that a skimmer is useless for 2 ft n smaller tank. A weekly 10% water change suffice. Now I m confuse . Shod I really need a skimmer if I do a weekly water change. If I use a skimmer, how long can I delay the 10% water change?

Thanks Peter. Yup, its Boyu (typo error). What skimmer would you recommend for JBJ 24 nano tank with tank hood? If the foam keep flowing into the cup all the time, it would definitely overflow into the tank in no time at all. Does it mean that the foam only flow into the cup once a while and not most of the time so that you have time a least once a day to empty yr cup?

Hi, I would like to get some advice too.My tank is currently a JBJ 24 g nano cube. What is the good protein skimmer for this tank.I just bought a Baoyu skimmer (about $20) and am not sure how it work. I was told the water level shld be anywhere above the pump but below the collection cup Just a question-Should the foam flow out to the collection cup. If it flow out, won't it flood the collection cup and overflow out of the cup? If it doesn't flow into the cup,how does the waste get collected? Maybe it's a silly question.

hmmm. not sure about that. Since i am growing coral, i thought i can get the bali green slimer. It can be a new coral addition and food for the fish.

I was actually considering buying a acropora coral to feed it but think this cannot be long term solution.
