    check your water parameter.

    its not right.

    check PO4, Ca, KH, pH, NO2, NO3.

    I would check Ca and KH more.

    and if possible, do a water change.

    hi bro, i had this alvopora coral for 2 weeks... it does not extend fully, at the most, the tentacles extend to 2-3mm that's all. Also, the moment, i turned off the lights, the tentacles retracted totally in 1-2 mins. i tried to position it different places it's not improving. The current position is at the tank sand substrate, low water flow, moderate light. Could anyone advise?

    How you acclimatize your fish? I dripped mine for about 4 hrs 2-3 drop/second, drop bag into sump for another 30 mins to balance the temperature before introducing into the main tank.

    4hr? i only acclimatized for 30mins to balance the temperature, and then dripped at 3-4 drops/second for another 15-20mins, removed 50% water, dripped another 15-20mins then released the fish.

    bro, u may head down to IWARNA. I saw big ceriths besides the turbo/ trochus snail tank. Also, there are mexican turbos in various tanks also. Mexican turbos are able to right themselves up when upside down and consume a bigger variety of algae plus diatoms..( all rounder snails including glass, rock and sand bed SURFACE).. you can complement with ceriths to work inside the sand bed if desired.

    Aunty over there will allow u to scout all the tanks and pickout the mexicans you want... reborn is a more constant supplier of cerith snails ( mainly for sand-bed)

    thank bro for the info... i called reborn a few times, they only have turbo... maybe i should head down to IWARNA... bro, which bus goes to IWARNA and where to alight? i know there's a 15-20 mins walk from the bus stop.

    bro, just want to find out, everytime when i am doing wc or working on my tank , i get some water spilled onto the floor.. i had mopped for several times and wasted alot of tap water...or else the floor gets very sticky... and my wife is complaining... any cleaning solution etc.. help?

    Did you mix it in a separate container and test it? I couldn't help as I didn't purchase the Mg test kit too :P

    For the first time, i did a 30% wc, i had to use separate containers , and i test it separately. Subsequently, i did 10% wc, i use a single container...i did not get 1300 from all the tests... i left it overnight with a pump running...

    Referring to the link bro jackywong shown you previously.How could 1300 be very low?

    I am using the redsea coral pro bundled with my RSM. i mixed with the given instructions (1kg - 30l), but my mg test reads 800-900 only. I did the test for every water change... i think 3-4 times already.
