Bro ibanez, After 1 day running the skimmer, lots of dirty particles are out. my water is very clear. i will post some pics by tomorrow. Bro Jameshong, I have yet to measure the height. but it seems to be about 15cm or less of water lvl.

From my view, it all depends on your tank size and setup. If you have a sump and want to look nicer => just chill water in sump. If you dont have a sump (Eg: nano tank) => return pump - chiller -DT.

If you have space in your tank, you can try Skimz. Its a local company doing high-end skimmers. Just got mine at aquamarin. model - SH1 is submerge into water. model - SH2 is hangon skimmer. http://www.aquamarin.com.sg/blog/?p=2381

You can try to get Skims SH1 or SH2. good skimmer!!

totally agree... i am a beginner for LPS coral.. got 2 open brain and within 2days opens up. :thumbsup:

Usually i will switch off all my pump and filter when feeding corals. switich back only after 1.5 hours.

Hi, Any bros or sis is using Red Sea Coral Pro Salt mix? Previously i am using NSW and i started switching to salt mix. My readings for NO3 and PO4 are high.... i mean real high.... but my green mandrian, common clown and squarriel are doing fine except my maxima and elegance. they are not opening up fully. I am using Red Sea NO3, PO4 reducer as well. 3 ml or less per day but my readings are still high. I feed my fishes and corals once every 2 days wif small pinch of pellets and less than 1/4 cube of mysis. REALLY NEED HELP!!!!!
