is it harder to stablise a nano tank compared to a tank of 3 to 4 feet? i.e. more water change etc. nicely done your tank

good reading. now i know why my clown does not swim around open waters like my other fishes i.e. Purple Tang but instead hide in its usual crevice

i got mantis shrimp hiding in the LR twice. Thereafter, i also used the fresh water rinse approach before adding in new LR.

All my fishes, anemones, etc are very healthy. Does that equate that the water parameters are balanced and good? or perhaps the other occupants are more hardy than the coraline algae. Thanks for your inputs, will however check the water parameters again.

that was exactly what happened to my green chromis. the last one survived well on its own.

My YT died after awhile. The PT is fat and healthy. I see some tanks where the two co-exist peacefully in the fish farms display tank. Really miss the YT, its a beautiful fish.

The Tang may have reached max size in my 3 ft tank. The Tomato Clown should be able to grow bigger...3" to 4" should be achievable in a 3ft tank. But its growth seems to have stalled. I have a damsel that was smaller than the clown when i introduced it into the tank. Its growth was very fast in the tank. It is now bigger/longer than the clown fish.
