  1. I have 1 hermit crab to give away. anyone interested can self-collect at Yishun.
  2. Sorry, but need your help to ID this again....again my husband bought it without knowing what is it!! During the few 2 days, it station at one place and doesn't move....today, found it at the other side of the tank.....hopefully this is not another anemone!?
  3. My tank is 4x2x2.5 and about 2 months old. Current livestock is 1 fireclown, 1 yellowtail damsel, 3 chromis, 1 boxing shrimp, 2 turbo snail. Using PL light and flourescent light only.
  4. Is it difficult to keep? Need feeding? Thxs!
  5. Hi all, My husband bought this home tonight.....please help ID if this is an Anemone? If so, is it difficult to upkeep? Thanks
  6. Ops, can anyone help to resize/remove the pic?? I also have a snail but it's always on the LR. BTW, my tank is 4ft, maximum how many turbo snail can I put in?
  7. hi, Notice that my sandbed is becoming orangy/brown over the past few days....anyone know why and/or what to do?? Also have brown patches on the glass. Thanks for any advise you might have!
  8. I did for both pH & Nitrite. pH balance ok and Nitrite was 0
  9. Sad to say the person i engaged to do the setup is a quite established shop in Pasir Ris Farmway.....thought they are reputable so should be ok. Didn't expect such things to happen. Ya, he say the rocks/seawater etc. are matured ones so doesn't need long cycling times. The problem we faced is that the water is not crystal clear yet even after 2 weeks. He added in some bacteria supplement to the filter tank but still doesn't help. I will probably ask him to bring back existing live stocks and then let the water run for another week or so before testing the water parameter?
  10. Actually i engaged someone to do the setup for me..I did mention to him the need to cycle the tank before adding livestocks but he insist that it is not necessary. FYI, my 4ft tank is filled with seawater. Fishes were added in after 3 days of cycling and corals about 1 week later. Firegoby and cardinal was the first to go and follow by an angel fish. Currently 1 fireclown and 3 chromis still surviving....but doubt they will last long too! The contractor is coming to my place later with a 'filter' which he say cen help filter 'amnomia' and I wonder if this is true? Or should i request for water change?
  11. What should I do if my amnomia reading reaches the Toxic level?? few fishes and corals had died over the past 2 days.
