i have just started a new tank and i realise there are many worms on the live rocks. they are not tube worms but really worms that come out only in the night.. Now some are crawling onto the glass.. they are very small and difficult to remove.. are they harmful? any way to remove them? the live rocks have many holes and seems like each hole got a worm.. but surely not tube worms.. look like millipede..

I have just started a tank and started cycling for about 4 days and suddenly my live rocks start to have white substance appearing on them.. most of the rocks have them.. what are they? good or bad? somehow look like spider web or white mould.. are they harmful? do i need to remove them? will they grow to cover the whole rock?
