No secret there soup - just keep up with the calcium and alkalinity plus lots of water circulation.
Tank is actually 35" long, 19.5" wide and stands about 23" tall.
No sump.
An Eheim 2222 used to siphon the surface film - no media
1 x Sicce Extrema for circulation
1 x Seio 820 for circulation
Skimming with Deltec MCE 600
4 x 39W Solite - just changed 3 tubes
- 2 x ATI Aquablue special, 1 x Aquascience Special and 1 old Aqualux actinic (for aesthetics) on timers
Tank has been running for at least er..8 years?oops i cant really remember cos I started this hobby 10 yrs ago..hurhur.
And through the years there's been many upgrades, overhauling,etc...
The stupid ich was introduced when I naively did not quarantine a piece of bubble coral. Previously the tank was practically ich free. Casualty so far has been the pygmy. Hope there isnt any more.

Pygmy has since fallen to ich 2 days ago. Been a tough fella fighting it out with the bigger flame for the past year. Will miss him.

Getting a little too big for my my 3' tang.
Not sure whether to sell away or not...prob upgrade to a bigger tank in 4yrs time.
It's been with me several years..feeding on Ocean Nutrition pellets/flakes mostly.
