3G is juz better in bandwidth fast video streaming, video conference & security for transactions. fones from japan can be use in s'pore, BUT, get the global type which supports UMTS/WCDMA. juz go to singtel n request for USIM which cost u $18.90 n u'llhv free access of video conference till end feb (but no use if u only get 1). i've check some models which i suppose Sharp has better chances in using in s'pore. juz dun get 3G fones that has inprint of Vodafone. not able to use it as their settings are imbedded (not able to change). so look ard as their whole streets of shops selling fones! see no finish ar!!!

the sump is below the tank. the problem is the sump is covered. once the CR is placed outside, the cabinet doors may hv to leave ajar for the pipes. looks messy liao. thatz y not sure what are the things needed for CR actually.

hmmm....been reading plenty of it. however, there's one problem with my placement of CR if i get one. attached pic is the current tank's placement. i intend to place the CR at the corner, but the tubing of water n air flow seems the major issue.

juz placed in the tank? may due to stress. try check if there's any tear tissues arounf the skeletons. try place it at a mid current position too. hope this helps.

nice tank u have there! the singapore common name for that fish is tua bug (big eye).

check ard if there's any water leakage. juz afraid it'll affect the metal stand if u're using 1.anyway it doesnt do good for a wood cabinet. or u can stop cycling for a day n see if it still drops? best to use a chiller thou. my tank so far dun need to top up. using chiller w/o fans. i'm wondering why . myabe the fishes pee a lot.

get a small n sharp fish hook & hook a small piece of prawn. but the sharp point muz be protruding out a bit. wait for the mantis to come n eat then hook it like fishing style. if u went prawn fishing, u'llknow what mean. hope this help. using a hogfish may not be an ans. if u cant catch it out n intro other fishes in, then itz food for it.
