I know a marine shop in Penang, there price r quite equivalent to Singapore slightly more only. Anyway I still think SIngapore has the cheapest marine LS so far from my experience.

u use fresh water fish, barbs for cycling? I think u should just use market prawn to prevent killing the barbs.
