[Fragging zoas off plugs]

Hi does anyone have any tips and tricks for fragging zoas directly off the frag plug itself? My zoas are starting to grow over and there's no Coraline algae for me to scrape under.

Hi is this this growing in my zoa frag an aiptasia? How can I get rid of it without hurting the zoas? It's been growing around my tank too. I also heard copperband butterflys are better then peppermint shrimps in a reef tank, is that true?

Hi, does anyone know what the name of these zoas are? Was told it was called sun catchers(?) but I'm not so sure

Hi does anyone know what this little guy is, it looks a bit like a baby crustacean of some kind with a tail like a prawn. Found it when I was dipping my corals.

It also has many tiny legs so I can confirm it isn't a worm (unless there's a type of worm with legs)

It’s a type of red macroalgae. Suggest you use tweezers to remove them as once they spread on your rock work they are a pain to remove. Very tough & hard texture with deep roots
