aw man... but that happens lar...esp novice divers who can't get the buoyancy right...(not that I lau jiao diver lar, don't get me wrong).. very heartpain hor, when you see broken coral... I did my OW at hantu long long time back...got nothing there for me to destroy hahaha...so the two trips I went to malaysia, I a little bit more steady, so no coral casualties from me...heehee...

I heard a story about this poor turtle..some night divers shine light at him and startled him and he panicked and started swimming away..but not before bumping and crashing into some coral and breaking them...dunno whether want to laugh or cry...

Cos the pix actually didn't turn out TOO grainy (I know that's got to do with the film heehee) and the flash really really helped. that's why...heh heh heh...I've decided to get myself the LC100..BWAHAHAHAHA...and I'm going to see how my pix turn out with the super duper powerful light. Oh and in case you guys are interested, I managed to find the supplier for the camera. And he's going to bring in a lens kit for me to reduce the cam distance to 16-32"...YAY...got light diffuser also. nleong want to pull what? *grin* I heard tioman seabed covered with urchins...*shudder*..quite scary actually. I know some guy's calf got pierced too while I was in perhentian.

heh...geoff's a pretty funny guy..*grin* on my way to perhentian I happen to sit next to him and he was telling us about his speedy course from OW to DM...I tell you...AMAZING.

I think there onwards should hv quite alot of info on DIY soundproofing and audio system.. quite cool actually..planning to learn about all this when I got money to buy my own car..but that'll b many moons from now..

Hey, I just found something that looks almost a match at the hitchhiker faq you included.. it says it's a Sabellid Feather Duster?!?! possible? I mean, with my tank no lights high temp low currents? Mine also grows singly, not like in colonies like the picture, it's more like one here, one there, sometimes on the same rock. Also, they don't grow from those snaking tubes I see on the rock in the picture, mine seems to just have the 'flower' directly opening on the surface of the rock. The pattern and shape is 90% a match..I don't know what the size of the things in the pictures are though..are these harmful or anything... If I didn't know anything I'd say they were actually quite cute and do make a nice change of view from the fish and inverts..

Hi onghm, Ya, the pix you posted looks very similar..the 'colour' is spot on..size also around there. But mine look more circular than that..and got more fingers. Could be the same thing..in fact, if yours got more fingers I'd say it's the same as mine... what's this called?
